Cancellation Policy
Some products or services on our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy purchase. This policy explains how you may change or cancel these types of orders.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, your order will automatically renew according to the delivery frequency you select (for example, monthly).
Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged according to the subscription schedule unless you choose to pay in advance.
You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link that allows you to manage your subscription and make changes.
If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will apply to future billing cycles. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet released.
We may collect payment in full or partially at checkout and charge the remaining balance when the item becomes available and is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the order has been fulfilled. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If a fulfilled pre-order needs to be returned, please review our Refund Policy for return eligibility.
Try Before You Buy
For certain products, we may offer a “try before you buy” option. In this case, we may authorize your payment method before the order is shipped.
You will have a specified period to decide whether you want to keep the product.
If the product is not returned within the specified time frame, your payment method will automatically be charged for the full purchase amount.
