Refund & Return Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of certain products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Do not send items back without authorization. Any unsolicited return parcels may be refused or discarded for safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Personal-care or beauty products
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
Note: Discounted items may still be eligible for replacement if they arrive defective or damaged.
Order Changes or Cancellation
Orders move quickly into fulfillment and usually cannot be canceled once submitted.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
However, due to health and hygiene regulations, this right does not apply once a product seal has been broken or the item has been used.
To qualify for cancellation:
- The item must be unopened and unused
- The product must remain in its original sealed packaging
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- You must keep proof of postage
Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us and we will assist you.
